Graduate Accountancy and Finance

Lusona Consultancy are keen to speak with recent Accountancy and Finance Graduates for an exciting new opportunity with one of our key clients based in Inverclyde . This is a fantastic l role for a motivated graduate looking to develop their career in finance within a supportive and well-established business. You’ll gain valuable, hands-on experience across core finance functions, with clear development opportunities and mentorship from experienced professionals. What you’ll be doing: Assisting with day-to-day financial operations, including invoicing, reconciliations, and ledger management Supporting the preparation of management accounts and financial reports Helping to maintain accurate financial records in compliance with company and statutory requirements Working closely with internal departments and external stakeholders Supporting the finance team on projects and process improvements What we’re looking for: A recent graduate in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline Strong analytical and numerical skills Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software is a plus Eagerness to learn and grow within a finance role Good attention to detail and organisational skills Why this role?
