Key Responsibilities of the Wireman Team Leader: Oversee the Wiring Cell Team, ensuring they meet cost, quality, and delivery KPIs Allocate work to support the manufacturing programme and achieve wiring hour targets Ensure relevant health, safety, and environmental requirements are in place Implement and maintain Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives Liaise closely with the Production Cell Team, Production Manager, and Engineering Team Undertake hands-on Assembly and Wiring activities alongside the Wiring Cell Team Qualifications and Experience: Time-served Electrical Apprenticeship Extensive experience in Assembly and Wiring of Control Panels and Equipment Proven track record as a working Manufacturing Team Leader Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various teams Why Join as the Wireman Team Leader?
