Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Manage Hydro’s social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram). Plan, run, and optimise lead generation campaigns through Facebook Ads , Google Ads , and LinkedIn DMs . Apply SEO/SEM best practices to improve website traffic and lead quality. Write and schedule content that promotes our training solutions and workplace learning services. 2. Prospect Engagement Respond to inbound leads and conduct initial qualification calls. Maintain accurate CRM records and coordinate handovers to the sales or consulting team. Deliver introductory presentations to qualified leads where needed. 3. Workplace Learning Project Support Support Workplace Learning (WPL) consultancy projects through research, documentation, and client coordination. Assist in Training Needs Analysis (TNA), On-the-Job Training Blueprint (OJTBP) development, and workplace learning implementation. Join client meetings with senior consultants and assist with proposal preparation. 4. Reporting & Performance Tracking Monitor campaign performance (CPL, CTR, conversion rates) and lead generation outcomes. Prepare reports and propose improvements to outreach strategies.
