Internal Salesperson

RESPONSIBILITIES: Engaging with existing customers through proactive phone calls, building strong relationships. Working closely with the Internal Sales Manager to achieve sales targets. Handling customer queries efficiently, ensuring excellent service and problem resolution. Managing sales records and administrative tasks to support the sales process. CANDIDATE PROFILE: A college/university qualification would be an advantage, but is not essential. The ideal candidate will have: A passion for sales and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
