Conveyancer / Case Handler – Residential Team Location: Altrincham (office-based for first 3 months, then hybrid: 2 days office, 3 days WFH) Hours: Full-time, Mon–Fri, 9:00–17:00 Start Date: ASAP (flexible) Join our supportive, sociable and ambitious Residential team as a Case Handler . You’ll manage your own varied caseload of sale and purchase conveyancing transactions (not just standard freeholds!) from instruction to completion – all while earning a generous, performance-based bonus. What You’ll Do: Manage a caseload of Residential transactions from start to finish Liaise with clients, developers, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication. Prepare and review legal documents and correspondence. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions on our CMS. Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing client queries/concerns. Work to exchange and revenue targets with a focus on five-star client feedback What We’re Looking For: At least 1 year experience handling end-to-end conveyancing transactions – happy to consider Senior Conveyancing Assistants who are eager to take on their own caseloads!
