What Youll Do: Develop, validate, and deploy predictive models primarily focused on credit risk, customer segmentation, or fraud detection. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into robust analytical solutions. Conduct data exploration, feature engineering, and model tuning to optimize performance. Perform rigorous model validation using industry-standard metrics such as AUC, Gini, KS, and lift charts. Prepare comprehensive documentation and communicate model insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Support the implementation of models in production environments, ensuring stability and scalability. What Were Looking For: At least 2 years of experience in predictive modelling within financial services, insurance, or a related field. Strong expertise in logistic regression, decision trees, random forests, gradient boosting machines , or other machine learning techniques. Hands-on experience with programming languages and tools including: Python (scikit-learn, pandas, numpy) or R for model development; SQL for data extraction and manipulation; and SAS knowledge is a plus. Familiarity with model validation techniques and statistical concepts. Experience working with large datasets and performing feature engineering. Ability to translate complex analytical concepts into clear business recommendations. Strong communication skills, with experience presenting findings to diverse stakeholders. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and credit risk frameworks will be advantageous.
