Parts Sales Representative

Minimum requirements: Grade 12 Minimum 5 years work experience on counter sales Computer literate in MS Outlook, Excel and Sage Evolution (preferred) Knowledge of parts for a range of different forklifts would be an advantage Good knowledge of interchangeability of parts amongst different forklifts Knowledge of where to source parts required (Different suppliers) Key Responsibilities: Assist parts customers who visit the branch or call in via telephone Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean and organised counter area Canvas for new parts customers via various means including but not limited to digital marketing media, telephone calls and e-mails Build a strong customer base Maintain strong relationships with customers to promote repeat business Achieve the individual monthly parts budget as set Consultant: ILLCA BASSON - Dante Personnel Johannesburg
