Source and market quality candidates from our job portals. Source candidates for suitable vacancies. Work on jobs specs received from clients. Business development of new clients that have recruitment needs. Dealing with client communications like interview scheduling and offer negotiations. Placing of job adverts on career portals/social media. Updating various platforms and software implemented to streamline processes and keep track of tasks
