Job Description We are currently looking for an experienced commercial real estate transaction management professional to join our expanding Enterprise Clients team. Key responsibilities include, but not limited to: To manage regional corporate occupier accounts including the development and implementation of strategy, procedures and reporting, controls and communications, templates and standards, growth and retention To work to support and implement the APAC and global business plan and initiatives. The candidate must have the ability to multi-task and manage multiple clients / initiatives and pitches To lead large scale acquisition, disposal, consolidation and special nature projects for occupier clients which including planning, execution and control around the APAC region To ensure the completion of projects within the budget, time frame and required standards; and in the most cost-effective and professional manner To be responsible for negotiation among clients, local office brokers, landlords, lawyers, contractors, consultants, government bodies etc. The ability to forge strong relationships internally and externally is critical To represent Colliers at industry and company events when required Able to identify and capture any risks and exceptions and subsequently to monitor and manage them Qualifications University graduate, preferably in Real Estate, Project Management or related discipline At least 10years solid track record and experience in managing occupier clients Relevant background with leading owners or users of real estate in Asia Pacific is considered advantageous. Experience in delivering international quality projects in distant markets using in-house or third party providers is an added value Excellent decision making and problem solving skills. Ideally internationally oriented with successful track record of working in multicultural environments.
