Job Description: The CT Technologist is responsible for providing safe patient care, assisting the physician during procedures, performing CT procedures under the order of a licensed independent practitioner for diagnostic interpretation by a radiologist, and providing a safe procedure environment for patients undergoing invasive procedures. Education: Graduate of an Accredited School of Radiologic Technology - Required Certificate Venipuncture - Required ? Experience: 2 years Healthcare/Medical General x-ray - Required Certifications/Licensures: Radiologic Technologist - Certified (CRT) Current California - Required BLS Basic Life Support - American Heart Association - Required Rad Techs - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologists - Required CT Computed Tomography - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologists - Must be Obtained within 6 months of hire for new hires Skills: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. prior CT experience needed Work Shift: 08.0 Per Diem No Waive (United States of America) Pay Range: $71.12 - $106.69 Hourly Offer amounts are based on demonstrated/relevant experience and/or licensure. Pay will be adjusted to the local market if hired outside of the Bay Area . Note: Positions at JMH which are exempt (not eligible for overtime) under the level of Manager are listed as hourly for compensation purposes on this posting. The work shift will contain the word ‘exempt’ on it. Scheduled Weekly Hours: 0
