Role: Graduate Quantity Surveyor Location: Dungannon Hours: Monday Friday Pay: £28,000 - £30,000 A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join one of our longstanding clients, delivering Construction and Civil Engineering projects throughout the UK and Ireland Benefits: Enhanced Annual Leave Bonus Scheme Private Medical & Life Insurance The Role: Negotiating and appointing sub-contractors to schemes Visit on site to view works completed, quality and management of costs Building close working relationship with Contracts Managers and Site teams to deliver quality projects Managing sub-contractor packages through from appointment to final account The Requirements: Ability to work within a fast-paced office environment Full valid driving licence Third level degree qualification in Quantity Surveying Good working knowledge of construction contracts such as JCT/NEC contracts Willingness to travel OR Call / Text / Whatsapp | Between the hours of 8.30am 5.00pm (Mon Thursday) / 8.30am 4.00pm (Friday) OR Call the office | Between the hours of 8.30am 5.00pm (Mon Thursday) / 8.30am 4.00pm (Friday)
