Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Our client, a major player in the packaging world, producing the cardboard behind some of the biggest names, is looking for a hands-on Maintenance Engineer to keep their corrugators running. You'll be a crucial part of a small team (3-4 per shift), handling a mix of preventative and reactive maintenance, electrical fault finding, and mechanical repairs. PLC fault finding on Siemens S5/S7 and Allen Bradley is part of the day-to-day. You'll need to be comfortable in a dusty, heavy-manufacturing environment, this isn't cleanroom work; it's real-world engineering that keeps the packaging industry moving. What We're Looking For: Background in packaging/cardboard manufacturing Qualified with HND/HNC, MBQ Level 3, or completed an Electro/Mechanical Apprenticeship (with proven experience on manufacturing machinery) Confident with electrical & mechanical fault finding Either an experienced hand who gets the job done or a young engineer ready to learn and grow What You Get in Return: £46,184 base salary 1.5x Overtime Pay Private Healthcare Annual Bonus 4x Basic Salary Death in Service Auto-Enrolled Pension (5%) Massive Time Off: 18 days off straight every 9 rotations
