Machine Operator

Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 / Matric certificate. Minimum 2-3 years experience operating production machinery in the FMCG sector. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor production machines to ensure smooth running. Conduct basic maintenance and report any technical faults. Maintain production targets with consistent product quality. Perform routine quality control checks and inspections. Keep accurate records of production output and any downtime. Follow standard operating procedures and comply with safety and hygiene regulations. Key Competencies: High attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Physically fit and able to stand for long shifts.
