Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Workshop Administration: Open and manage job cards for workshop vehicles. Liaise with technicians and service advisors to track vehicle progress. Capture service and repair data accurately. Ensure proper filing and storage of documentation and service history. Sales Administration: Assist the sales team with deal files and documentation. Process vehicle delivery documentation and coordinate licensing and registration. Maintain and update stock records and sales logs. Ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards. Reception Duties: Greet and assist walk-in customers and visitors professionally. Manage switchboard and direct calls effectively. Handle general queries and escalate when necessary. Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area. Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 / Matric. Minimum of 23 years administrative experience within the automotive industry (essential). Strong computer literacy (MS Office; Kerridge or similar dealer management systems preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Customer-focused with the ability to multitask and prioritize. Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
