Marketing Executive

Marketing Executive Are you a hands-on marketer who thrives on variety and ownership? Want the freedom to shape campaigns from concept to delivery across digital, content, social, events and more? We’re hiring a Marketing Executive to take the reins of a busy, full-mix marketing function. You’ll drive brand awareness, lead generation and customer engagement using your creativity, commercial flair, and all-round marketing know-how. This is a standalone role – perfect for someone who loves getting stuck in and seeing their impact. What you’ll be doing: * Leading the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns * Writing punchy, engaging content for websites, blogs, social media and case studies * Managing and growing social media presence across platforms * Supporting lead generation activity with targeted digital campaigns * Owning the marketing calendar – from events and sponsorship to awards submissions * Creating sales collateral and working closely with internal teams and partners * Analysing performance metrics and making data-led decisions * Managing the marketing budget and allocating spend effectively What we’re looking for: * A marketer with experience across digital, content, social and offline channels * Solid skills in tools like Canva, Mailchimp, WordPress, Google Analytics and Tag Manager * A proactive mindset – someone who takes initiative and finds opportunities * Strong copywriting and content creation ability * Experience working with external partners and suppliers * A natural organiser who can juggle projects and keep everything moving * Commercial awareness and a drive for results Why this role? * A high-impact, autonomous position where your ideas will be implemented * True variety – from content creation to campaign strategy to events * Collaborative environment with exposure to sales, product and global marketing * Hybrid flexibility – mix office collaboration with home-based focus time
