User Experience Designer

UX Designer – (45-55K) Hybrid role in Manchester An innovative and fast-growing tech company is looking for a UX Designer to join their team and help shape the future of digital communication solutions. What you’ll be doing: Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and researchers to explore and validate early-stage product ideas. Creating wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes. Delivering high-fidelity UI designs aligned with brand and accessibility standards. Championing a culture of continuous improvement through user feedback and testing. Acting as the voice of UX within cross-functional product teams. ✅ What we’re looking for: 4 years of UX design experience (ideally in B2B SaaS or telecoms). Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools). Experience with prototyping, user testing, and accessibility standards (WCAG). A solid understanding of user research and design systems. Familiarity with Agile ways of working and cross-functional collaboration. Bonus: Front-end knowledge (HTML, CSS, JS) and motion/interaction design.
