As Junior Bridal Stylist responsibilities will include: Deliver exceptional service across all touchpoints - in-store, over the phone, and via email. Support bridal appointments with gown prep, dressing assistance, and styling input. Coordinate client communications and ensure timely follow-ups about orders and fittings. Maintain accurate CRM records and support customer lifecycle management. Contribute to meeting sales targets by delivering a thoughtful, personalised client experience. Manage the fittings and collections calendar in collaboration with internal teams. Prepare gowns for appointments with meticulous care - steaming, organising, and styling. Maintain boutique presentation to brand standards, ensuring a warm and elegant environment. Pack and prepare orders for shipping or in-store collection with attention to detail.
