Job Description

Escalate when required to management drive to promote a culture of high performance and excellence in line with our organisational Veolia values. Ensure that all safety concerns and near misses are logged on our health and safety management systems and closed off within the companies agreed timescales. Ensure all Veolia policies, processes and procedures are adhered to. Ensure personnel details including payroll are entered into the workday system correctly and within time limits. Raise purchase orders and capex orders for the supply of goods as approved by management. Liaise with suppliers for the procurement of goods and ensure delivery timescales are met. Process invoices raised by suppliers to ensure payment terms are met. Administer purchase orders, disposal matching and invoicing, subcontracted collections and associated invoices. Ensure month end checks are completed in time for monthly invoicing. Assist the depot management team with administrative work. What we're looking for; Educated to GSCE standard or equivalent. Good planning and organisational skills. Previous Administration experience. A proactive approach A basic understanding of the Google suite What's next?
