They are currently looking for a Store Manager tojoin their team in Singapore. The Responsibilities: Preparation for the opening of the first store Overall management of store operations Lead and manage other staff members as the person in charge Cash register closing, handling of sales proceeds, sales management Ordering and inventory management of food ingredients and consumables Handling customer inquiries and complaints Recruitment, interviews, and personnel evaluations of staff Reporting, communication, and consultation with headquarters/Japan head office Upon opening the second and subsequent stores, take on the role of Supervisor managing multiple stores Posting and managing content on social media (SNS) The Requirements: Vitality and initiative to manage store openings English proficiency at a conversational level or above is required to manage local staff Japanese language is required to liaise with Japanese chef Ability to work with speed and a proactive mindset Experience as a store manager at overseas F&B establishments or experience in store openings is highly welcomed Disclaimer: The Company complies with the Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices (TGFEP), including the prevailing guidelines on recruitment.
