Minimum 5 years of full-time experience in algorithm development specializing in large-scale recommendation systems. Minimum 5 years of experience leading large technical teams of 30 or more engineers, with proven strengths in hiring, mentoring, and team development. At least 10 years of experience in algorithm development Deep expertise in machine learning, deep learning, data analysis, and recall and ranking optimization. Strong industry knowledge of e-commerce and AI/ML, with the ability to anticipate emerging technology trends and apply them effectively to business challenges. Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, combining strong communication with a results-driven mindset across teams.
