Tax, Transfer Pricing and M&A Intern

What you will do We are looking for a Tax and Transfer Pricing Intern to join our team. The selected candidate will support the Tax department in day-to-day activities, with a focus on transfer pricing matters, both at the domestic and international level. Key responsibilities include: Assisting in the preparation of Transfer Pricing documentation for Italian and international entities, in collaboration with external consultants Supporting quarterly Transfer Pricing adjustments Contributing to tax-related analyses in the context of M&A and intercompany transactions Reviewing intercompany contracts and identifying tax-related implications This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an international tax environment and to develop technical and analytical skills in a dynamic team.
