KS2 Academic Coach Are you a graduate ready to make a direct impact on pupils’ progress in upper primary education? KS2 Academic Coach September 2025 – July 2026 £81–£102 per day Location: Central Wolverhampton 1:1 and small group intervention support The Role As a KS2 Academic Coach, you’ll focus on boosting attainment in core subjects through targeted 1:1 and small group interventions. You’ll support pupils with varying abilities—those who need to catch up, stretch further, or build confidence ahead of SATs. You’ll liaise with class teachers to track progress and tailor your support to individual needs. The Candidate You’re a graduate with a strong academic background and a genuine interest in education. You’ll need clear communication skills, patience, and the ability to explain concepts in a calm, engaging way. This role suits those aiming for a future in teaching, educational psychology, or school-based support. Prior experience with children, in any setting, is a plus. The School Located in central Wolverhampton, this primary school is focused on closing learning gaps and preparing pupils for a smooth transition into secondary education.
