The Role: Talent Executive As a Talent Executive, you’ll focus purely on candidate engagement. You’ll be the bridge between great people and great opportunities, offering candidates an outstanding recruitment journey from first contact to placement and beyond. What You'll Be Doing Candidate Engagement – Build and nurture a network of trusted candidates and referrals. Talent Sourcing – Proactively identify talent using recruitment platforms and social media. CRM Management – Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in our internal system. Interviewing – Conduct video interviews and prepare polished candidate profiles. Process Support – Guide candidates and clients through the hiring journey. Aftercare – Ensure candidates have a smooth and successful onboarding experience. Marketing & Personal Branding – Collaborate on content and boost your online presence.
