Many of our Graduate TAs go on to teacher training after completing the academic year! About the role: Support teachers in delivering lessons across a range of subjects Provide one-to-one and small group support to students Assist pupils with additional learning needs or those requiring extra academic help Contribute to classroom management and help create a positive learning environment We're looking for graduates who: Hold a degree in any subject (2:2 or above preferred) Are passionate about education and keen to pursue a career in teaching Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills Are confident, proactive, and committed to supporting students Why join Tradewind?
