Nursery 1:1 Teaching Assistant – Mornings Only Location: Cardiff ⏰ Hours: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM, Monday to Friday Start Date: September 2025 | Full Academic Year Age Group: Nursery Are you nurturing, patient, and passionate about helping little learners thrive? A welcoming nursery in Cardiff is looking for a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a child with additional needs every morning during term time, starting this September. About the Role: Provide 1:1 support for a child with additional learning needs Help them feel safe, settled, and engaged in the nursery environment Encourage communication, social skills, and emotional regulation Work closely with class staff and external professionals to meet the child’s needs ✅ What We’re Looking For: Ideally some experience in a nursery or working with SEN/ALN A warm, encouraging, and reliable personality Confidence supporting a young child with additional needs Minimum Grade C in GCSE English & Maths Available every weekday morning for the full academic year Perfect For: Nannies, nursery workers, or caring individuals looking for part-time hours and a rewarding, structured role supporting a child one-on-one.
