Shift Engineer

The role: Efficient, effective repair and maintenance of plant, equipment and machinery. Working hours: This is working 4 on 4 off covering 2 days & 2 nights, 12 hour shifts. Key Accountabilities: * Carry out proactive and reactive maintenance to maximise overall machine efficiency. * Effectively prioritise workload to maintain plant and equipment to a high standard. * Ensure consistency in quality of work across the various lines. * To actively and analytically fault find. * Contribute to implementing new working methods and actively take part in continuous improvement. * Ensure smooth changeovers/handovers between shifts. * To understand company performance measurements * Any other duties that can be reasonably expected.
