Cover Supervisors

Role - Cover Supervisor Start Date - September 2025 Daily rate - £100 - £120 a day depending on experience Location - Maidstone Tradewind Recruitment are seeking enthusiastic and passionate cover supervisors to support a range of secondary schools in the Maidstone area. The Role: Supervise and manage behaviour in the classroom during staff absence Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans effectively Manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment Provide support to students as needed Ensure adherence to school policies and proceduresRequirements: Strong communication skills Ability to adapt quickly to varying classroom environments Previous experience as a cover supervisor within a classroom setting is desirable but not essential Ability to manage behaviour effectively Hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible Legal right to work in the UKIf you're ready to take on this exciting opportunity then apply today!
