This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate or someone with 1-2 years of insurance or administrative experience to develop their career in the Lloyd's and London insurance market.You'll provide essential support to the broking team, helping with documentation, market submissions, and client coordination. This hands-on role offers a strong foundation in commercial insurance and market operations.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and process insurance documentation (e.g. MRC slips, endorsements, evidence of cover)Support brokers with market submissions and renewalsLiaise with clients and underwriters regarding queries and documentationMaintain accurate records and manage timely data entryEnsure compliance with market regulations and internal processesAssist with general administrative support across the broking cycleAbout You:We're looking for someone who is:Highly organised with strong attention to detailA clear communicator, both written and verbalEager to learn and build a long-term career in insuranceProficient with Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)Able to work well independently and within a small teamDesirable (but not essential):Some experience in insurance, underwriting, or adminFamiliarity with PPL, ATLAS, or similar systemsWhat's on Offer:Competitive salary and benefits packageHybrid working: 4 days in the London office, 1 day from homeFull training and ongoing developmentExposure to the Lloyd's and London marketsSupportive, close-knit team environmentClear path for growth within the companyHow to Apply:If you're enthusiastic about starting or growing your career in insurance, we'd love to hear from you.
