What You’ll Do: * Engage and Inspire: Deliver core curriculum tuition both online and face-to-face to KS1 and KS2 students who need that extra boost. * Tailor Your Teaching: Adapt your teaching style to suit each student’s unique needs. * Collaborate: Work closely with class teachers to design personalized lesson plans that cater to individual learning objectives. * Be Committed: Show flexibility with hours and a dedication to long-term support. What We’re Looking For: * Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), experienced tutors, or school support workers with relevant qualifications and at least 6 months of experience. * Curriculum Knowledge: A strong grasp of the UK curriculum. * Subject Mastery: Excellent knowledge in your subject area. * Classroom Confidence: Strong behaviour management skills. * Engaging Educator: Ability to deliver captivating lessons to both individuals and small groups. * Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using IT systems. * Open to New Graduates: Recent graduates are encouraged to apply!
