What You’ll Be Doing: Work with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements. Support the creation of project materials including plans, process maps, and reports. Help bridge the gap between business goals and technical solutions. Learn and apply business analysis tools and best practices. Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and efficiency. Take part in testing and user acceptance phases to ensure successful project outcomes. What We’re Looking For: A degree in Business, IT, or a related subject. Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication; able to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences. A collaborative, can-do attitude and willingness to learn. Exposure to business analysis or project delivery (even academic or internship-based) is a plus.
