The Role As the Multi Skilled Technician, you’ll: - Collaborate with Team Leaders to execute maintenance programs and ensure compliance with standards. - Carry out inspections, repairs, and installations on Trust property and infrastructure. - Update the Trust CAFM system in a timely manner to reflect completed work. - Deliver efficient reactive maintenance services focused on patient care. - Step in as a Shift Technician during unplanned staff shortages to maintain service levels. You To be successful in the role of Multi Skilled Technician, you’ll bring: Proven experience in a maintenance environment with strong technical knowledge. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork. Understanding of health and safety practices in maintenance operations. City & Guilds – Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Must have completed an appropriate multi-skilling course to City & Guilds level or equivalent or must have appropriate multi-skilling experience. Formal training, ideally in an engineering discipline to HNC/HND level, or a commensurate level of experience. mechanical apprenticeship such as EITB, CITB or similar approved apprenticeship scheme Drivers Licence What's in it for you?
