M&E Engineer

Role Overview As an integral part of our service and maintenance team, you will be responsible for planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive servicing, and compliance checks across a variety of systems. You will work on a wide portfolio of commercial and residential projects, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities (Both Roles) * Perform PPM and reactive maintenance on mechanical or electrical systems. * Fault-finding, repair, and servicing of plant equipment, including: * For Mechanical Engineers: HIUs, pumps, PU units, and related systems. * For Electrical Engineers: lighting, distribution boards, control panels, and safety systems. * Ensure full compliance with health and safety and statutory regulations. * Complete service reports and documentation accurately and on time. * Participate in an on-call rota (1 week in every 4) to provide emergency support. Essential Requirements * Fully qualified with a recognised trade apprenticeship (electrical or mechanical). * Minimum 5 years’ relevant industry experience. * Experience in commercial and residential maintenance. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Ability to work independently and to a high professional standard. * Full UK driving licence.
