Role Overview We are looking for a Marketing and Lead Generation Specialist who can support and execute our overall marketing strategy. This is a dynamic role that blends marketing expertise with a strong understanding of digital tools and platforms — ideal for someone who is both creative and tech-savvy. Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Execution Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns for AWA’s events, reports, and services Drive and track brand visibility and engagement across digital and offline channels Lead Generation & Campaign Follow-Up Oversee existing lead generation processes and campaigns while developing new, untapped opportunities Track, analyse, and follow up on leads to support sales and business development Digital & IT-Enabled Marketing Manage and update the company websites (WordPress/similar CMS, Zoho Backstage) Oversee CRM modules (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) for campaign tracking and lead nurturing Coordinate email marketing, automation workflows, and analytics Content Creation & Management Creating and managing marketing content: newsletters, social media posts, event promotions, and more Collaborate with event and research team to produce compelling visuals and messaging Partnership & Association Management Liaise with industry partners, associations, and sponsors for co-marketing and event collaborations Ensure timely communication and deliverables for joint initiatives What We’re Looking For 4–5 years of experience in B2B marketing , preferably in publishing, market intelligence or events Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (CMS, CRM, email automation, analytics) Excellent written and verbal communication skills A self-starter who can manage multiple projects and deadlines independently Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for innovation Why Join AWA?
