Social Media Marketing Manager

ASTZ is a leading creator agency helping influencers grow their personal brands, monetize their fanbase, and go viral across all platforms. We're now looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager who lives and breathes social media not just in theory, but in practice. ✅About the Role: We’re looking for someone who deeply understands the creator ecosystem and what truly performs on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube Shorts & Reels. You know the difference between good and great content, and you’re obsessed with how and why something goes viral. ✅Responsibilities: Own and execute content strategies for our creators and internal brands Spot trends early and reverse engineer high-performing content across platforms Research, plan, and manage viral social content calendars Edit and post short-form content yourself when needed Collaborate with editors, creators, and growth managers to ensure consistent execution Analyze performance and use data to improve creative output ✅What We’re Looking For: Hands-on experience editing and publishing content on platforms like TikTok & Instagram An eye for trends, virality, and the story behind the scroll You’re not just a planner you’ve been in the trenches, scrolling, posting, and interacting You understand how to replicate and adapt winning formats for different creators and brands Comfortable working at a fast pace, with a results-first mentality ✅Bonus if you have: Experience working in a social media agency or for viral brands Strong network or knowledge in the influencer & creator space Proven examples of accounts you've grown or campaigns you’ve led ✅Compensation: Fixed fee's per account you are managing every month 200-400$/month per account
