Junior Designer Location: São Paulo (hybrid model) Company: Nosso Futebol - Sporty Group Nosso Futebol, part of Sporty Group, is a comprehensive sports broadcasting platform based in Brazil, delivering over 400 live football matches per year. We have distribution agreements with leading local Pay TV operators and a growing digital presence. We are rapidly becoming Brazil’s most dynamic football broadcaster, the home of Série C, select Série B and Bundesliga matches, regional tournaments, the European League of Football (ELF), and women’s football, with new content and offerings launched regularly. Role Overview: As a Junior Designer at Nosso Futebol, you will be responsible for creating artwork for our social media and TV content. Perfect for those who love design and sports. Responsibilities: Design visuals for social media (posts, stories, banners) and TV graphics (bumpers, lower thirds, etc.); Adapt and adjust layouts following brand guidelines and content team briefings; Assist in producing promotional materials for campaigns and partnerships; Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure visual consistency; Stay updated on design trends and innovations in the sports industry. Requirements: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or After Effects (basic); Basic knowledge of motion design and video editing (a plus); Portfolio showcasing work for social media or digital platforms; Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines; Interest in soccer and sports culture (a plus); Availability for hybrid work in São Paulo. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in agencies, startups, or the sports industry; Familiarity with tools like Premiere and After Effects. Responsabilidades: Criar artes para redes sociais (posts, stories, banners) e materiais gráficos para TV (vinhetas, chamadas, etc.); Ajustar e adaptar layouts seguindo diretrizes de marca e briefings da equipe de conteúdo; Auxiliar na produção de materiais promocionais para campanhas e parcerias; Trabalhar em conjunto com a equipe de marketing e conteúdo para garantir coerência visual; Manter-se atualizado sobre tendências de design e inovações no mercado esportivo. Requisitos: Conhecimento em Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator e/ou After Effects (básico); Noções de motion design e edição de vídeo (desejável); Portfólio com trabalhos voltados para redes sociais ou mídias digitais; Criatividade, atenção a detalhes e capacidade de trabalhar com prazos; Interesse por futebol e cultura esportiva (diferencial); Disponibilidade para trabalho híbrido em São Paulo.
