Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Responsibility, Sustainability, or related fields At least 3 years of experience in CSR or D&I programs Experience coordinating volunteer initiatives, awareness campaigns, commemorative events (e.g., Pride Day, International Women’s Day), and partnerships with NGOs or universities. Strong knowledge of inclusion strategies (e.g., gender, LGBTQ, disability) Event coordination Advanced level of English. Strong communication skills. Role’s Responsibilities: Interact with chambers and external networks Manage budget forecast Participate in CSR and I&D awards, surveys, certifications and rankings Communications: Work closely with BD & Comms team to design an external communications campaign throughout the year about CSR and I&D issues. CSR Annual Report: Consolidate local information about the Mexican offices advances to be included in the annual CSR external report that serves as the UNGC's Communication on Progress. INCLUSION AND DIVERSITY (I&D) Events: Coordinate I&D focused internal and external events Affiliative networks: Work closely with the two ERG (Baker Pride Allies & Baker Women) Gender equality: Develop initiatives to advance gender equality, including the Women Empowerment Principles (WEP's) and other local groups and projects. LGBT inclusion: Promote initiatives for the inclusion on the LGBT community internally and externally, including the Human Rights Campaign certification for our Mexican offices. Disability: Manage the internal and external program for the inclusion of people with disabilities. Race & Ethnicity: Support the implementation of the racial equity program.
