This freelance role offers a commission-based structure, meaning your earnings will be directly tied to your successful candidate placements. Position: Freelance Partner Location: Anywhere in EMEA ideally (GMT1) Employment type: Freelance - able to invoice Remuneration: Commission per placed candidates Responsibilities: Source, hunt, and attract top-notch candidates through your own sourcing channels, job boards, social media, and networking Conduct screenings, assess qualifications, test language levels, and determine the perfect fit for specific roles Work directly with our SDM and MD to drive successful recruitment placements Maintain a steady pipeline of talented candidates for future opportunities and build lasting relationships Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers as needed Keep candidate profiles in our ATS well-described and updated for future reference Requirements: Proficient in English and Italian (spoken and written) — this is non-negotiable Full availability between 8-8 Mon-Fri (GMT1) Proven experience sourcing, hunting, or recruiting Italian-speaking talent within Volume SaaS, BPO, or Languages sectors Access to LinkedIn (minimum Sales Navigator) with circa 10,000 connections Excellent communication and people skills Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects independently Strong time management, responsiveness, and organizational skills Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software Benefits: Competitive commission package (30-50% on all placements) Flexibility of fully remote work from anywhere in the world and managing your own schedule Exposure to various industries and diverse, mainly white-collar clients Join a collaborative, globally-based virtual team environment Work with a transparent and fair collaboration process with David Kennedy Recruitment Please demonstrate your relevant experience; otherwise, your application may be automatically rejected Location: Italian • Metropolitan City of Naples, Campania, Italy J-18808-Ljbffr
