Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing strategies for the Italian market (social media content, email campaigns, reports) aligned with international Group guidelines. Collaborate with international marketing teams to coordinate campaigns and share best practices. Manage and update the company's website and social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn), ensuring content attractiveness and policy compliance. Manage a content calendar for international and local sector-specific content. Support the organization of local corporate events and ensure their success. Monitor and analyze marketing KPIs, providing insights and operational recommendations. Participate in special projects (e.g., quarterly newsletters). Supervise market news and competitor activities. Your Profile The ideal candidate will possess: A degree in Marketing, Communication, Economics, or related fields. 2-5 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in international or corporate contexts. Fluent knowledge of English (necessary for interaction with colleagues in other countries) and Italian. Proficiency with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, social media management tools) and website management (e.g., WordPress or other CMS). Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Knowledge of Dealcloud (CRM) is a plus. Strong organizational and time management skills, with multitasking ability and deadline adherence. Ability to work independently with a proactive approach and coordinate with teams across different time zones.
