Business Analyst Intern

What you will do As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to gain a 360° overview by managing an end-to-end process. You will be accountable and have the autonomy to handle your daily workload in a highly dynamic and agile work environment. Specifically, you will: Supporting the sales team with data analysis using Excel, including the creation and management of pivot tables to summarize and interpret sales data. Conducting sell-out data analysis using Qlik for internal datasets and GfK for external market data, to monitor product performance and sales trends. Performing sell-in data analysis focused on customer profitability and portfolio management to identify key clients and optimize sales strategies. Assisting in the preparation of PowerPoint presentations and customer interviews, providing support to the National Account Manager (NAM) for effective communication and negotiation. Analyzing customer Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as Direct Delivery, Promotion Plans, Digital Communication, In-Store activities, and SKU forecast accuracy, to evaluate sales effectiveness and operational execution. What you need to succeed • Currently a student or recent graduate in Data Analytics, Economics or similar field. • Fluent in both Italian and English (both written and spoken). • Excellent knowledge of Office Package, particularly Excel We offer an initial 6-month paid internship that includes a monthly salary of 800 euros, a company computer, ticket meals, company shuttle, and the option for smart working.
