Installer Marketing Manager

Responsibilities: • Design and implement marketing campaigns and communication plans targeting solar installers in the European market; • Contribute to the promotion of the AIKO brand in Europe by developing localized marketing content for installers and end customers (e.g., homeowners, small business owners), such as brochures, case studies, product manuals, and social media content; • Work closely with local distributors to drive brand penetration and market conversion; • Support the development of a multilingual marketing asset library to ensure brand consistency; • Gather market feedback and continuously optimize local marketing strategies. Requirements: • Familiar with the installer ecosystem in Europe; experience in marketing to installers at major solar industry distributors is preferred; • Strong English communication skills; proficiency in a local European language is a plus; • Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience in the PV industry, working with distributors or installers; • Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, and marketing material production; • Highly responsible, self-motivated, and able to perform under pressure; • Capable of working independently and collaborating across cultures.
