Here's how you'll make an impact: Strategic Script Development : Transform creative briefs and strategic concepts into compelling video scripts that balance entertainment with conversion, ensuring every word serves both story and performance. Performance-Aware Writing : Craft scripts with thumbstop rate, CTR, and ROAS in mind—understanding that great creative isn't just beautiful, it's measurably effective. Cultural Translation : Bridge the gap between brand messaging and internet culture, writing scripts that feel native to each platform while maintaining authentic brand voice. Concept Collaboration : Work closely with our Creative Strategist to develop script concepts that aren't just clever—they're strategically sound and conversion-focused. Format Mastery : Adapt your writing across video formats—from 15-second TikTok hooks to 60-second Meta ads, understanding how script structure changes with platform and objective. Rapid Iteration : Turn feedback into better scripts quickly, testing different angles, hooks, and approaches until we find the combination that converts. Who You Are Concept-Led, Performance-Aware You think in ideas, not just deliverables—but you also care how those ideas perform. You understand that metrics like CTR, thumbstop rate, and ROAS are creative signals, not just numbers. Solid Creative Education or Background You have a solid background in copywriting, advertising, scripting for video/film, or creative writing. Whether through formal education or deep self-study, your craft is trained—not just improvised. You understand storytelling principles, persuasion psychology, and creative execution. You know the difference between writing for reading and writing for talking in front of a camera. Cultural & Internet Fluency You live on TikTok, Instagram, and the pulse of internet culture. You understand meme language, tone shifts, and platform-native storytelling. You know how to speak to Gen Z and Boomers, and you can translate cultural moments into content people actually care about. English Mastery & Cultural Intuition You're a native English speaker or have native-level fluency with an instinctive feel for American internet culture and e-commerce messaging. You understand cultural nuances, can adapt messaging for US markets, and know how to make brands feel authentic and relatable to English-speaking audiences. Script-to-Screen Vision You don't just write words—you visualize the final video. You understand pacing, framing, visual storytelling, and how your script will translate into compelling video content that performs. Concept-First, Not Tool-First You're not obsessed with how something is made—you're obsessed with why it works . Your thinking leads your execution, and you can articulate the strategy behind every creative choice. Organized but Not Rigid You can work quickly without sacrificing thoughtfulness.
