Your role as an HRBP Intern As an HRBP Intern, you’ll support a wide range of human resources initiatives across our European operations. You'll gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment and contribute to building a strong, agile, and people-focused workplace culture. Responsibilities 1. Onboarding and Offboarding: Collaborate with HR SSC team members to support new hire onboarding and employee offboarding processes and build more efficient SOPs, ensuring a positive experience. 2. HR Data Management: Maintain and analyze HR data for accuracy and assist in creating reports on metrics like headcount, turnover, and employee engagement. 3. Learning & Development: Support the execution of training programs and employee engagement initiatives. 4. Culture: Plan and organize employee culture events and prepare related materials, ensuring a better working atmosphere. Create fun cultural celebrations for both Chinese and Dutch culture. 5. Administration: Cooperate with the administration specialist to arrange meetings, receive visitors, and to help to maintain a positive office environment. Assist with OA and AP matters. 6. Ad-Hoc Projects: Take part in various HR projects to improve processes, employee satisfaction, and efficiency within the organization. Qualifications 1. Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field or in the Netherlands on a search-year visa. 2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. 3. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. 4. Language requirements: able to work in English. Chinese or Dutch-speaking preferred, but not necessary. Attributes 1. Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges in a dynamic HR environment. 2. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively. 3. Team-oriented, collaborative, patient and adaptable.
