Job Description The Role The Technical Purchasing department from KEENFINITY is looking for an enthusiastic intern! We are the Technical Purchasing Team, responsible for managing supplier development activities for new products. We collaborate closely with R&D, Marketing, and PMO functions to ensure seamless project management, drive technical process developments at suppliers, and lead negotiations to secure the best outcomes for our projects. Are you studying Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or comparable education and looking for a challenging and internationally oriented internship? For our team located in Eindhoven, we are looking for a motivated intern to support our projects! ️ Your Tasks Assist in managing the RFQC (Request for Quotation and Commitment) process and support supplier development activities; Participate in project management tasks, including coordinating technical and commercial discussions with suppliers; Support the purchasing team with IT tools, ensuring efficient use within the purchasing process; Collaborate on various purchasing process activities, providing general support to the team; Drive and implement improvement actions within the purchasing function to enhance efficiency; Document and report progress on supplier development and project management activities. Qualifications What You Bring: You are currently studying Mechanincal Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a similar direction; You have experience working with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint; You are proficient in English verbal and written; You are available for the minimum internship period of 6 months, preferably longer; You can work at our office in Eindhoven; You are based in the Netherlands, preferably in Eindhoven. What distinguishes you: You have experience industrial experience in supply chain or production; Good communication skills Strong motivation; Creative mind and a good organizer; Team player and able to work independently; Proactive and not afraid to take charge; Open attitude, suitable for an internationally oriented environment; You are interested in and/or have an affinity with technical products.
