Chef de Partie – Immediate Start Salary: €28,000 per annum Location: Amsterdam I am seeking a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join my cliets dynamic kitchen team. This is a full-time, immediate start position in Amsterdam, offering a great team environment and growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., grill, sauté, pastry, or vegetables), ensuring all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to recipes and instructions from the Sous Chef or Head Chef . Supervise and train junior chefs (commis chefs or demi-chefs) working in your section. Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards in your work area and throughout the kitchen. Manage inventory and ingredient orders for your section, ensuring freshness and minimizing waste. Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with the wider kitchen team. Assist in menu development and innovation as required by senior chefs. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role or in a professional kitchen environment. Culinary training or apprenticeship certification is an advantage. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills . Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines . Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations .
