What we are looking for: The Specialist will develop and coordinate all activities related to communication, advertising, and branding of FENDT products and institutional brands. The professional must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a good command of Portuguese and Spanish, the ability to prepare communication plans, manage complex tasks, and meet deadlines. They should relate well to employees, dealers, and customers, and be able to prepare presentations and manage complex information. Minimum of 5 years of experience in communication, with training in advertising, public relations, or marketing. This Specialist will oversee the work of the brand's communication, video, and digital media across all FENDT agencies. What are you going to do: Annual communication planning for all products. Coordination of all processes related to publicity, advertising, and digital media, including briefing preparation, monitoring technical material, planning, internal approvals (budget, confirmations), execution, and logistics. Definition and internal approval of social media content updates. Manage social media interactions and website responses. Support sales teams and dealers. Lead procurement processes, including supplier selection, quotations, and ARIBA system management. Maintain updates in AGCO Comunica. Coordinate logistics for materials, digital content, promotions, and events. Prepare final reports of actions performed. Act as the main contact for marketing communication stakeholders and partners. Plan, execute, and follow up on events such as corporate events, plant and regional fairs, product launches, press conferences, and lectures. Manage purchasing processes for promotional actions and events, including dealership inaugurations and sourcing new suppliers/partners. What do you need: Experience in events, promotions, marketing, and communication planning. Experience in the agro-market. Knowledge of advertising, digital media, and graphic design. Advanced skills in Office, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator are a plus. Advanced or fluent English proficiency. If you are an AGCO employee , check more details and apply at the internal portal.
