Location: Testo Central, Pomerode Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 6 pm Responsibilities Develop and manage the editorial calendar for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.); Create original and creative content: texts, scripts, visual briefs, and video ideas; Coordinate content production with designers, videomakers, and other creators; Establish and maintain partnerships with influencers and brand ambassadors; Monitor and engage with the community, responding to comments and messages; Analyze performance metrics and generate reports with insights and recommendations; Follow trends and identify opportunities for brand integration into relevant narratives; Collaborate with paid traffic, branding, and sales teams to ensure coherence and performance in actions. Requirements Proven experience as Social Media Manager (minimum 4 years); Portfolio of successful content and campaigns; Excellent writing skills and mastery of social media language; Knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, etc.); Experience in community management and influencer relations; Proactive, organized profile with a strong sense of responsibility.
