We’re looking for a Senior Google Ads Manager to take full ownership of all Google PPC campaigns across our client base. This is a strategic, hands-on role focused on generating high-quality leads through tightly managed Google Search and Display campaigns , optimized landing pages , and smart budget management. Experience with Local Services Ads (LSAs) is a plus—but PPC is the main priority. What You’ll Be Doing Plan, launch, and manage Google Search and Display campaigns Conduct keyword research, write ad copy, and build structured campaigns Optimize for lead quality, not just clicks—targeting low CPL and strong conversion rates Work closely with our landing page team to ensure alignment between ads and conversion goals Analyze data and run A/B tests on ad copy, calls-to-action, and landing page variants Monitor daily performance and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting as needed Provide clear, actionable reports for internal and client-facing use Collaborate with client success managers to align PPC strategy with overall account goals Audit and improve underperforming campaigns using data and best practices Utilize tracking software WhatConverts to effectively track leads accurately You Might Be a Great Fit If You 5 years of experience running Google PPC campaigns , especially in home service industries Deep understanding of ad-to-landing page alignment and conversion rate optimization Proven ability to lower CPL while maintaining or improving lead quality Experience working with and testing landing pages (not just ads) Familiarity with LSAs is a plus Skilled in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager Self-starter with strong attention to detail and clear communication skills Experience in home services or contractor industries is a bonus Tools We Use Google Ads (Search & Display) Google LSA (secondary) Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager WhatConverts tracking software ClickUp (project management) Go High Level (CRM and marketing) Slack, Loom (communication & documentation) Why Join FDM? 100% remote with a flexible, performance-driven culture Focused niche with premium clients and long-term retention Clear systems, documented processes, and freedom to innovate Competitive compensation based on experience and impact Ready to Apply?
