Responsibilities Assist existing customers in Italy with technical and accounting issues via phone, ticket, and chat. Demonstrate our software solutions through online presentations, showcasing functionalities that address customers' IT challenges. Identify customer needs and relay requests to our sales team. Collaborate with the Customer Support team to deliver exceptional service. Requirements University degree in economics or relevant vocational training, such as technical or commercial education. Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory. Additional languages like Spanish, Portuguese, or French are a plus. Some experience working with customers or in sales, including internships. Determination, enthusiasm, and eagerness to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills and passion for customer interaction.
