In this office-based role, you'll act as the technical point of contact for incoming customer enquiries. You'll learn how to interpret specifications, design and cost technical solutions, and support customers through the full sales and delivery process. With close support from senior engineers and full training provided, this role is the ideal stepping stone from commercial work into technical engineering. This role is for someone with an electrical engineering background who's ready to move beyond customer support and build a long-term technical career-with full product training, expert mentoring, a clear development path, and the chance to work on real-world engineering projects for global clients.
