Are you a '23 or '24 graduate in Finance? Do you have 12–24 months of Investment Banking experience under your belt? Ready to make your first move to the Buy-side? H&P Executive Search has been mandated by a leading mid-market Private Equity fund in Frankfurt for an Investment Analyst role. About the Fund: Our client is a technology and Infrastructure investment platform with €3bn in assets under management. The team has a strong track record of backing innovative businesses across Europe and North America, identifying disruptive trends, and building long-term value. This is a unique chance for an ambitious analyst to make an early exit from IB into a fund that offers real exposure, responsibility, and deal flow. Your Role: Support the investment team across the entire deal lifecycle – from sourcing and due diligence to execution and value creation Build detailed financial models and support investment theses Conduct market research and competitive landscape analysis Your Profile: 12–24 months of Investment Banking experience (TMT, Infrastructure, Leveraged Finance, or other modelling-intensive teams) Strong academic background (BSc/MSc in Finance, Economics, or similar – Class of ‘23 or ‘24) Solid technical skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset Fluent in English and German Why Join?
